Mr. Stephen Damete-Yeboa is the CEO and Managing Consultant of Excellence Consultancy Services. He is also an adjunct facilitator at the National Banking College of Ghana. He developed the Applied-Excel™ training program, a brand of MS Excel training, born out of the need to train and equip people in a practically applicable manner to ensure enhanced performance both at the individual and corporate levels.

Over the past 20 years, over 5,500 people have been trained under the Applied-Excel™ training program from various organizations including Ecobank Ghana PLC, Ecobank Gambia, Ecobank Liberia, Ecobank Sierra Leone, GCB Bank PLC, Consolidated Bank Ghana, Tullow Ghana, Barry Callebaut, West African Gas Pipeline Authority – Abuja, Social Security & Housing Finance Corporation – The Gambia, and National Communications Authority, Ghana.

He is also the developer of EasyBooks™ Accounting software, an easy-to-use Accounting software, and EasyBooks™ Payroll software, a very comprehensive payroll system, both being currently used by various organizations in Ghana and the sub-region.

Through working with his board of directors, made up of himself, Adelaide Damete-Yeboa, and Paul Asante Danquah, and a team of consultants, several organizations in Ghana and other countries, including Nigeria, The Gambia, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Guinea, and Germany, have benefited from solutions provided by Excellence Consultancy Services.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology (Combined Major) from the University of Ghana, Legon, a DipFM – ACCA, UK Certificate, Advanced Dashboard and Reports Masterclass Certificate, a Computer Programming Certificate (NCR, Ghana), and an IFC Innovation-Business Edge Trainer Certificate. He is currently pursuing an MSc in Accounting (completion in July 2025) at Central University, Ghana.
